Bettina M. Kurkoski

My Cat Loki series from TOKYOPOP Inc.

Bettina was born March 26, 1973 in Montague, Massachusetts. Now residing in Plymouth, Mass, she works as a freelance illustrator thru her business, Dreamworld Studio. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 1996 with a BFA in Illustration. In 2003, she entered TOKYOPOP's Rising Stars of Manga vol. 2 competition, placing as a runner-up, her work Axis Lumen published in the winners' compilation. In 2005, she pitched My Cat Loki to TOKYOPOP and the rest is history!
